There are two main commercial limits on our subscriptions:

The number of job offers: This is the number of job offers that you can publish simultaneously while your subscription is active. At any time, it is possible to unpublish an offer to publish a new one as long as you do not exceed this limit.
Conversations slots : This is the number of simultaneous conversations that you can start with candidates from the talent pool. A slot is freed when the candidate answers the approach or after 24 hours without a response from the candidate.

I did not receive the confirmation email

Our email verification system sends an email with a confirmation link to the address you entered during registration.

If you did not received the email please:

Check that there is no mistake or typo in your email address
Take a look in your junk mail

How to use WeLoveDevs.com talent pool

The WeLoveDevs.com talent pool is not a traditional CV database. To be added, a developer must complete a full profile on the platform and indicate being open to opportunities.

Developer profiles are anonymous. Developers have the choice of displaying their first name or using a pseudonym. They can also select companies that will not be able to see them in the search engine with a "Deny List".

| The developer contact details (email, full name and phone number) are only transmitted if a recruiter contacts the developer and the developer accepts the meeting request.

In order to provide the best possible experience for developers and recruiters, the pool is updated every day. If we notice that a developer has not logged in for a long time, an email is sent to the developer asking him to confirm that he is still open for opportunities. Otherwise, or if the developer does not respond, we remove the profile from the pool. (The developer can reactivate it later).

A search alert system allows you to be notified if a developer who matches a particular search registers on WeLoveDevs.com

||| When a recruiter contact a developer, the developer has 3 days to respond to the request. He may decline the request without justification, but if he does not respond within this period, his profile is removed from the pool. This is to avoid soliciting him if he is not available and to save precious time for recruiters.

How to get technical test correction

You will get the list of questions for which you made a mistake as well as your correct answers at the end of each test. However, we do not share the correct answers to each question.

This button opens a modal that offers you to upload your linkedin profile as a PDF to enable WeLoveDevs to read and import it. These are public data on your Linkedin profile, you only send us data you've made public on Linkedin. We only use the data we match with our internal filds. No additional data is kept or sent to our servers.

Which languages are supported ?

As of today, we can only read exports from linkedin profiles that have been Created in English or French ( The language of the linkedin site does not matter, you have to have a profile linkedin created in French or English See Linkedin documentation )
