I did not receive the confirmation email

Our email verification system sends an email with a confirmation link to the address you entered during registration.

If you did not received the email please:
Check that there is no mistake or typo in your email address
Take a look in your junk mail

If you are using a known email address provider (gmail / hotmail / yahoo ...) and you did not received a confirmation email, it is very likely that there is a typo in your email. If you are using a professional email address (@ please contact your IT manager to report the problem.

If after these checks you still have issues with our confirmation email, you can send us an email containing the address that does not work to the following email address:
