Candidate Manager Update in May 2023! 🎉

The candidate view is essential for recruiters. It provides an overview of the candidates you are interacting with, as well as your applications and potential matches.

The tabs

Candidate Manager Tabs

In Progress :

This tab gathers the candidates with whom you've initiated a conversation. These may be candidates you've contacted directly from the WeLoveDevs.com CV database, or applications that you've marked as interesting.

Candidates :

This tab lists the applications waiting for your response. Please note that you have 30 days to respond to the applications. A quick response ensures a better experience for the candidates and increases your chances of recruitment.

Matches and Favorites :

This tab displays the candidates who match your "saved searches" in the CV database. A candidate remains visible in this view as long as they are open to opportunities. They are automatically removed if they update their preferences to indicate that they are no longer job hunting.

ATS (optional, if you have activated an ATS integration) :

This tab shows your candidates transferred to an ATS. You won't be prompted to respond to these applications. However, it's still possible to start an instant conversation with these candidates. This can be useful, for example, if a candidate hasn't completed their application on your career site.

Recruited :

Our favorite tab! It comprises the list of candidates you have recruited.

Archived :

This tab contains the candidates that you've archived at the end of your conversation, for instance, if the recruitment process didn't succeed. You can resume a conversation with these archived candidates at any time. They will then be transferred to the "In Progress" tab.

The filters

Candidate Manager Filters
You can filter candidates according to two criteria:

By job posting :

When filtering by job posting, you'll only see candidates linked to a specific posting. A candidate is automatically linked to a job posting when they apply to it. You can also link a candidate that you've contacted via the CV database by using the pencil icon in the "Job" column of the summary table.

By recruiter :

If multiple recruiters manage your company page, you can filter candidates by recruiter, or display all candidates currently in the recruitment process within your company.

The advanced mode :

By clicking on a candidate line, you can switch to advanced mode. This mode allows you to find your conversation and view key information about the developer at a glance.
